Natural Colour Fading Is Normal

Our cardamom is 100 % natural, so its outer colour may fade over time. This is normal and shows that we do not use any colour-retention chemicals; the quality of the seeds and oil content remain intact.

Fruit Variant Characteristics

The fruit-grade variant of green cardamom naturally has a yellowish-light green hue rather than a bright shiny green. Pods are harvested at full maturity and, after drying, take on a yellowish shade. Mature pods contain dark brown to black seeds packed with essential oils and flavour — the hallmark of the best green cardamom.

Sorting & Handpicking for Premium Quality

We use a mix of machine sorting and manual sieving to grade our cardamom. While the majority of pods meet the stated size, about 15–20 % smaller pods are normal in every batch. Achieving this ratio typically requires two to three rounds of sorting.
